FitOff
Help for sign-in, Apple Health, battles, ranks, friends, messages, notifications, Live Activities, FitOff Pro, and account deletion.
FitOff scores steps from Apple Health. It does not let you type a step total in. If a battle is not updating, open the Health app, then Sharing or Data Access & Devices, and confirm FitOff can read steps. Active calories and resting heart rate use the same Apple Health permission. You can also open FitOff Profile → Health Data Info.
Open iOS Settings → Notifications → FitOff and allow alerts if you want match, friend, result, and message alerts. In FitOff, open Profile → Live Activities & Notifications. Live Activities need notifications enabled. Lock Screen and Dynamic Island updates also depend on your iPhone settings for Live Activities.
Battles, ranks, friends, and messages need a network connection. Quick Battle waits until another player joins. A direct battle waits until the other person accepts. A free account can keep one open battle at a time. If FitOff says the battle slot is full, finish or leave that open battle, or subscribe to FitOff Pro for unlimited simultaneous matches.
FitOff messaging is available after you and the other person are friends. Open Profile → Friends, then Profile → Messages.
FitOff Pro is billed by Apple. Apple shows the current price and offer before you subscribe. FitOff does not receive your payment-card number.
If a subscription you already bought is missing, open the FitOff Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases. You can also open Profile → Manage Plan. To change or cancel a subscription, use your Apple ID subscription settings.
In FitOff, open Profile → Account Deletion. Email us with your FitOff display name or user ID so we can locate your account. Completed match history may remain in limited or anonymized form where needed to preserve other players’ match records.
