Terms of Use
These terms explain how FitOff is meant to be used. They supplement Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Apple’s standard EULA
Your license to use FitOff is governed by Apple’s standard EULA. These FitOff terms are supplemental. If they conflict with Apple’s standard EULA, Apple’s standard EULA controls.
Using FitOff
FitOff is a 1v1 steps competition. You may use it to create an account, compete in step battles, add friends, view ranks, and message friends. Do not use FitOff to harass another person, share content you do not have the right to share, attempt to access another person’s account, or interfere with the service.
You are responsible for the display name and messages you submit, and for the Apple Health activity you allow FitOff to read.
Fitness and health limitations
FitOff is not a medical device and does not provide medical, fitness, dietary, or therapeutic advice. A battle result, streak, rank, or calorie figure is not a diagnosis or a promise of a health or weight outcome.
You decide whether an activity is safe for you. Stop and get professional advice if you have a health concern. Do not use FitOff as a reason to ignore symptoms or medical instructions.
Accuracy
Scores come from Apple Health, the permissions you allow, network sync, and the scoring mode for a battle. They can be incomplete or delayed. Balanced scoring compares steps with usual pace and can differ from a raw step total. FitOff does not guarantee that a match, notification, Live Activity, rank, or message will be on time or error-free.
Subscriptions and Apple billing
You can use FitOff without a subscription. A free account can keep one open battle at a time. FitOff Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that provides unlimited simultaneous matches.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Apple shows the current price, length, and offer before you subscribe. FitOff does not collect your payment-card number. You can restore purchases in FitOff. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings. A subscription renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, unless Apple’s terms say otherwise.
Availability
A battle needs another player, Apple Health data, and a working connection. Features can change, pause, or be removed. FitOff can be unavailable during maintenance or if a required Apple or hosting service is unavailable.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy describes the information FitOff processes.
